Derry Holidays offer four highly regarded, new, luxury self-catering holiday houses, which are situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the North Cornish coast.

Polzeath is an ideal holiday destination for families, groups, surfers, golfers and walkers alike.

All the houses have fitted kitchens with oven, hob, microwave, fridge,freezer and dishwashers. They all have TV, video, CD players and full sky package. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in all utillitiy rooms.

Palmares is fully central heated with radiators and Penina, Petra and Polmorla have spanish tiled floors with under floor heating. All houses are alarmed.

Outside hot showers are provided for " Apres Surf ". A small private path leads directly to the beach via tennis courts from Penina and Palmares, a short work of approximately 5 minutes. Petra and Polmorla have lovely sea views.

Although all four houses have the same standard of fittings and furnishings, they each have their own unique ambience.
